Beans! Beans! Good for the heart… We love our little corner of the planet. Thus, we rotate our crops to help protect soil and water quality; this means we plant complimentary crops in a cycle that helps us minimize crop disease, as well as the use of fertilizers and chemicals. Currently, we grow conventional soybeans, but we are exploring other nitrogen fixing crops such as chick peas, northern beans or other dried beans acclimated to Wisconsin’s natural growing season. Sorry, not yet available, but let us know what is good for your “heart health.”
