Base Malt to Black, we can match ever-changing tastes and profiles. Barley, Oats, Rye, Wheat or Specialty Grains; all our products are grown by a 5th generation farmer (Steve) and a 3rd generation farmer (Becky) and processed in small, (up to 2 ton), batches. We’ve both earned our Certificates in Malting from the Canadian Malting Barley Technical Center; the only recognized program in North America.
