Grown by a 5th generation farmer (Steve) and a 3rd generation farmer (Becky). We will process whole grains to your specifications as you need them – keeping freshness high and your ingredient storage needs low. Wheat, Oat and Barley will be available Spring of 2017; just in time for your Spring salads, soups, stews and steamy breakfasts. All prices listed are for whole grain. Cracking of grain will be approximately $0.05 – $0.12/lb based on scheduling and volume.
